Cancellations and Custom Orders
Most Artizol products are made to order.
Once production has started:
Orders cannot be canceled
Deposits may not be refundable
If cancellation is requested before production begins, refunds may be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Shipping Related Issues
If damage occurs during shipping before delivery, Artizol will coordinate with logistics partners and handle the claim process on your behalf.
You are not required to deal directly with carriers.
